Annual Observance of the Battle of Wyoming

Saturday, July 3, 2021

We are pleased to announce that this year’s annual observance will be held on SATURDAY, JULY 3 at 10 am.  It has always been the customary practice to hold the observance on the 3rd of July - the actual anniversary of the Battle of Wyoming - when the 4th falls on a Sunday.  This year’s event will be observing social distancing guidelines so there will be less tent covered seating, but we are working to enhance our sound system so you can hear the ceremony on the various parts of the Monument grounds.  More details to follow but we hope to see you on Saturday, July 3rd as we remember the 243rd anniversary of the Battle and Massacre at Wyoming!
