Concerts in Freeland Park

The Freeland Recreation Board announced that the free summer Friday concerts will return to the pavilion at Freeland Public Park, Front Street, Freeland.

On July 30 at 7 pm, The Freeland Brass will make its public debut. The Brass are Frankie Balon, Marty Delehanty, Ken Wenner, Bob Lagana and Nelson Berger. They will offer a wide selection of music, such as "William Tell Overture," "Theme from Masterpiece Theater," "Emblem of Unity March,""Bohemian Rhapsody," "My Dear Mr. Shane," "Toreador Song from Carmen," "Basin St. Blues," "Let It Be," "Sounds of Silence," "Tango for Jam Jam," "Circus Days March" and Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah."
