“This Bag Is Mine”, a store which features stylish handbags, wallets and accessories, is collecting school supplies to donate to students who need them. Calling the promotion, “Tools for School”, the store is asking shoppers to drop off any school supplies by July 15. Shoppers who do will receive 10% off any purchase at “This Bag Is Mine”. This Bag Is Mine is located near Center Court, in the former Verizon Wireless space.
Owners Jamie and Nick Praschak of Old Forge came up with the idea. “We just wanted to do something to help the kids in our community. And when our shoppers donate, they get a discount too.”  The goal is to have 150 filled book bags by July 15.

Bags will be distributed on July 24th while supplies last. Book bags will be given to any student k-12 who stop by the store any time during malls hours. There is no purchase necessary to receive the book bag.  For more information, contact This Bag Is Mine at 570-862-9929.
