Gong Bath Meditation with our very own Amanda!


If you've had a session with her for Massage or Reiki, you understand how intuitive and gifted she is.

Now is your opportunity to experience her Gong meditation Friday, Sept 22nd at 6pm sharp.

Gong Baths are a medium of sound and vibrational healing. Affecting the nervous system and the body's cells as the waves of sound "wash" off the body which is at rest in a Shavasana (resting or yogic sleep) meditative state.

Please avoid caffeine a few hours before, bring a blanket and pillow to lay on the salt floor if you like, and don't forget those socks to enter the salt room.

Due to our responsibility to the facilitator, this is a non-refundable event.
